Every missed call is a job that went to someone else.
We handle the calls you can't take, build your Google presence, and turn finished jobs into reviews — so your phone keeps ringing without you doing the marketing.
- One client per trade per market
- No contracts
- You keep working, we handle the rest
What we do
Most home service pros lose work not because they're bad at the job, but because they were on a ladder when the phone rang. Seventy-eight percent of homeowners hire whoever answers first.
We fix that, then build the channel that brings the calls in the first place.
What we run for you
Five pieces. They only work as a set — a perfect profile with no call capture still leaks jobs.
FactumOps: the missed call answers itself
Most contractors lose more work in the ten seconds after a missed call than they do to bad ads. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail — they dial the next name. FactumOps texts them back before that happens, collects the job with photos, and puts it on your phone.
- Text back in seconds, not in the evening
- A short form with photos instead of phone tag
- The job lands on the tech's phone already filled in
Why work with us
We do it, you don't.
No dashboards to learn, no forms to fill out, no marketing meetings. You answer a few questions on the phone once. Everything else appears.
One client per trade per market.
We don't work with your competitor. Ever.
No contracts.
Month to month. If it doesn't work, you leave.
You own what matters.
Your Google profile, your license, your customers. Always yours.
Straight answers.
Google Business Profile takes two to three weeks to verify — that's Google's timeline, not ours. SEO takes months. Call capture works on day one. We'll tell you what's slow before you pay.
How it works
Four steps. The first one is free and you keep the findings either way.
- 01
Audit
We look at your Google profile, your reviews, and what happens when a call goes unanswered — then send back what's broken.
- 02
Setup
We fix the profile, wire up call capture and put tracking in place. You approve everything before it goes live.
- 03
Launch
Listings, reviews and ads start pulling together. Your trade in your market is locked to you.
- 04
Your phone rings
Calls come in. The ones you miss get answered by the system, and the job details land on your phone.
Trades we work with
One client per trade per market. If your trade is taken in your city, we'll say so instead of pitching you.
Questions we get
What does "one client per trade per market" actually mean?
We take one fence company per market, one plumber per market, and so on. Your competitor down the road can't buy the same work from us. If your trade in your city is already taken, we tell you on the first call instead of selling you something diluted.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month, there is no setup fee, and you can stop when you want. If the work isn't paying for itself, a contract shouldn't be what keeps you here.
What does "pay only on closed jobs" mean?
That's the partnership model: we build and run everything, and you pay a share of the jobs you actually close. If you already have a site and a number and just want them managed properly, the flat monthly plan is the cheaper option.
What is the free audit and what do I get?
We go through your Google Business Profile, your reviews and what happens when a call goes unanswered, and send you a written scorecard with the three things to fix first. You keep it whether or not you work with us.
What if my profile is already in good shape?
Then we'll say so. If your profile scores 90+, you probably don't need us, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a retainer you won't feel.
Do you work outside the Bay Area?
We're based in the Bay Area, California, and the work isn't tied to being local. Whether your market is open is the first thing the audit answers.
Find out what your phone is costing you
The audit is free, it's written, and there's no call attached unless you ask for one.
